We are pleased to be able to offer an opportunity for 3 and 4-year-olds to attend a supervised loose jumping session to allow owners to be able to video their horses in a safe environment. The following centers have offered loose jumping sessions to Futurity entrants. Sessions should be booked directly with the venues. Owners are responsible for making the loose jumping video and submitting it with your entry for virtual assessment. Only loose jumping videos made at one of the approved centres will be considered for Futurity assessment. Please refer to the Loose Jumping section on the How To Present Your Horse page for full details of what is required for the Loose Jumping assessment.
Virtual ridden assessments of 4 and 5-year-olds may be carried out using videos of a competition test. The video should include clear footage of the horse in walk, trot, and canter on both reins and should show a completed round of jumping or a dressage test in a young horse class affiliated to British Dressage or British Showjumping or at the NexGen Championships.
