We are very pleased to announce that entries are open for our popular Virtual Futurity Series!
How does it work?
1. Prepare Your Videos
You need to submit 2 videos for your virtual futurity entry:
1. Veterinary Evaluation
2. Frame and Movement
The footage you need to provide varies depending on the age of your entry, to see a full list of what is required, with example videos and useful checklists you can print off and take with you as you do the videos, go to:

2. Complete Your Entry
To make your entry, go to our Event and entries will be open from mid July
NOTE - Video deadline has now been extended to 9th September due to cancellation of our Scottish venue.
3. Send Us Your Videos
There are 2 ways for you to send us your videos.
- Upload them to Youtube
- Upload them to Vimeo
After uploading your videos please email the links to britishbreeding@gmail.com by 9th September.
4. Video Checking
Our Team then need to check your videos, so please make sure we have them all as soon as you have completed your entry, and absolutely no later than the 9th September. If there is anything missing, we will contact you.
To create a good video, remember a few tips:
- film with the sun behind you
- hold the phone in landscape when filming movement and conformation from the side
- make sure you send everything we need
5. Evaluation
Our teams will then work together to evaluate the entries. This process is scheduled to finish later in September.
6. Feedback
We then send you an email with your results and a detailed report from the evaluators. We will also organise a Virtual Futurity Highlights Webinar with some of the best moments from the series.

We are delighted to open the entries for the 2025 British Breeding Stallion Event,
The biggest Stallion Event in the Country
We continue with the 2024 format which was very successful; having a longer break at lunchtime with the stables ONLY open during the break..
This gives visitors plenty of time to view the stallions in the stables, discussing their mares with prospective stallion owners. It also means that the stands
have visitors watching rather than wondering around and potentially missing any stallion displaying.
ENTRY - your entry includes your stable from Friday night through to the end of the stallion event.
Please enter your stallion for ONE section only ie Dressage, Eventing or Showjumping
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide bedding this year so you will either need to bring your own bedding or contact
Addington Equestrian to book from them. You do NOT need to book stabling with Addington.
VACCINATIONS - please note that all Stallions must be upto date within 12mths with their flu vaccinations. No booster can
be within 7 days of the event.
We encourage stallion owners to have their horses vaccinated against EHV but it is not a requirement of entry.
All stallions will be health and ID checked on arrival before being allowed to enter the stables.
COST: £250 + vat
This includes your stallion's listing in the British Breeder February magazine in the Stallion Event programme
Your stable from Friday late afternoon until Saturday at the end of the event
Display time in the main arena with commentary and music
